Advice on siting, conditions, likely pest and disease, use, plants for water, shade, sun, foliage, flowers, hedging, fragrance, seaside, cities, windowboxes, hanging baskets, hardiness pruning etc..
Terms
We offer this service on a subscription basis. Your first question will be answered free of charge and a subscription form will be sent out to you. We need your postal address, name, and telephone number included with your first email question.
Conditions
Multiple questions that need more than one answer will be counted as such against the subscription rate. If answers need clarification this will be free in reasonable cases.
The advice will be given to the best of our ability but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrectly carrying out our advice. We offer this service in good faith and will try to keep charges low.
Advice, which is considered mutually unsatisfactory, will not be charged. Time scale is not guaranteed but every effort will be made to answer your query within 3 working days.
